Sprint 2 Action Plan

Anchor and Engines Discussion:

This morning, me and my team were asked to sit down and have a discussion about our first sprint and our performance within that sprint, as well as the anchors and engines during our production. Anchors are things or members of the group that slowed/hindered progress during a sprint, and Engines are people or things that helped to push and boost progress in a sprint

Before we discussed which were the main anchors and engines of our team during sprint 1, we first sat down and individually wrote down what we thought were our anchors and engines. When it came time to discuss what we wrote down as a group we made sure that we got our points across and talk about why something is an anchor or engine.
